Returns

Our return policy applies only to physical products purchased from our studio or website.

T-shirts can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition.
Tattoo creams and aftercare products cannot be returned once opened.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Titanium jewellery comes with a 10-year material guarantee. Titanium will not rust, corrode, or deform under normal use.
Non-titanium jewellery can not be returned

For hygiene reasons, worn jewellery and opened products are not eligible for return.

Once a returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund or replacement will be processed as soon as possible.

Refunds apply only to eligible products and do not cover services.

Airbrush clothing is custom made and non-refundable, unless the item received does not match the size requested.
Custom services, including tattoos and piercings, are non-refundable once performed.

Items purchased on sale or promotion are not eligible for returns or refunds.
